Default taking breaks

i was considering taking 10-14days off from weight training to not let my body get used to the weight training, thereby makin git more difficult when I return - hopefully creating more gains.
If i continued to stick w ckd and did a mix of cardio an pilates for this time - would i loss a significant amount of muscle? should i add one day of weight training to include a carbup?
