My hip-flexors fail mw towards the end. No matter how I place my feet, no matter if toes are up or down, 90 degree angle or less, my pain occurs in my hipflexors only.
I get to around 30 when my steam drops a bit. 40-50 is just working hard...getting to 60 is pure heart.
