Fat intake on CKD?
Can someone give me an idea of how to increase my fat intake on CKD? Right now my fat to protein ratio seems to be 1:1 - and I can't seem to figure out what else to eat!
(I am allergic to seafood/fish so I can't eat that sort of stuff)
