On the back of the bottle it usually has fat content per tbsp. On average, most oils have about 13 grams of fat per tbsp.
An alternative would be to get the Flaxseed gel caps which are WAY more expensive per gram, but more convinient seeing as you can take them anytime without much hastle.
P.S. Yes, although it sounds nasty, you do need to swollow the oil usually w/o anything because of the amount of fat that needs to be ingested.
