Sorry to hear about your condition. And even more sorry I can not do anything to help you in your pain. One thing I would suggest though. Although I didnīt get all about the situation my usual answer fot back pains is core training. That IF you are able to train abs. and not just the upper part of the abs . Meaning those regular sit ups or crunches .
The core is the center of your body and involved in EVERY move you make ( and every breath you take ..). The answer or some relief might be found on your inner muscles of core ( the deep ones) . I īm sure every mother is given instructions for strengthening those deep muscles below the 'water line"....after the child is born.
Idea is to get special contraction before any training for abs is done. Abs must be flexed , and muscles of the rear hole(?) flexed .Overall the feeling ought to be the same as when trying to fit in jeans WAY too small .When the right tension is gotten abs should sorta go flat and widen a bit ..... that tension should be there during EVERY rep.
Another thing is to use gym ball for core training. Itīs the best I know for reaching those deep muscles. ask from a physiotherapist for a ab routine w ball....... See Pilates , method Putkisto or like.
When training the deep muscles sets are not like 50-100 reps . If you can do 5 reps ( maintaining the described control all the time) first , then itīs 5 reps . Iīve never done more than 20 reps on any movement. Hope I made at least some sense. this is a matter where my english is just not enough...
