this system is in a way like Dc training but modified , i tried dc but if you are a natural i think its too much and you finish easily over rainerd thats why after all Dc recommends over 400 gr of protein , those stretches are damn tough ,
Iron Man its geared more to naturals i think
i can see not many people tried this system , what about Dc ??
