how bout your training Ric?
I want to know are you a volume man or after short brutal workouts. Since I´ve gathered your training partner at one time Arnold did a lot of sets in his time. The other end was perhaps the Menzer brothers and their heavy duty training system . Also do you cycle your training during the year ? or perhaps alternating heavy weeks and light weeks / months....
How often a bodypart is trained per week? What´s the spit? push- pull or what... as usual I´m curious and willing to learn something new perhaps. Thank ´s in advance .....
