Sorry, I missed the post; I'm out of town. Just trying to use dial up as much as I can.

IGF-1 is not for females in my view. I saw AB's friend use it and she had to go to the hospital because of hard heart pulputations - almost died actually. I really wouldn't recommend it, at least from what I've seen.

I have ran it and it did something, but nothing like a good diet, training, and clean AS do.
