Right now (after 2 days of pretty bad eating since my lil bro is visiting) - I am at:

35" Waist @ naval (w/o sucking in)
38" Hips
11.75" Biceps
19.5" Thighs
14" Calves
This is the first time in about 5-6wks that I have really cheated on my diet - mostly because my little brother is visiting and we have been @ amusement parks for 2 days. Anyway - my legs have not that much fat storage...its all in my stomach, w/ some in my arms/back (enough to cover the muscle).
When I started the CKD, 5-6 wks ago, I was measured @ the gym:
160lbs
39" Chest
12" Biceps
19" Thighs
14.75" Calves
38" Hips
34" Waist (but I think I was probably sucking in as I tend to do in public....)
