I would suggest you try doing this:
1600 cal per day, 120 g fat and 140 g of protein, less then 20g carbs. Do that for 8 weeks minimal. It takes time to see results and sometimes 4 weeks is not enough. Overall, I think the way you diet really depends on your bodytype. In general, you will have to try different diets/food regimes before you get to the one right for you. I would highly recommend trying carb-cycling (see my manual) but with a ladies version of it – less calories and less training.
On a side note, TR does require some carbs, but not a huge amount. I usually suggest people take in 50g carbs per 100mg R-ala (G-R) – varies from person to person of course. TR has a minute amount of G-R so you should take in incremental carbs to cover the glucose disposal agent.
