A few more questions - no rush in the answer...
Because of my new school schedule that started last week, I can no longer work out on Monday or Wednesday, and my gym is closed on Sunday. (I may be able to get in 1/2 hour cardio on Mondays but it could be stretching it)..... how should I plan my workouts around this sucky schedule? Should I do cardio & lift the 4 days that I can actually train? Will this have an effect on the CKD since most say to "train large muscle groups early in the week," etc?
Also - I did order some Glucorell-R last week & it should be here Tues or Weds. I thought if I was going to have to eat some carbs for the T-rex to have any effect, then I should get the G-R as well. Should I not worry w/ this & still take the T-rex & >20g carbs or should I take in slightly more carbs w/ the G-R & T-rex?
