Eh that delt thing sounds ...interesting. You seem to train guite a bit even today. Some would think once a week is enough ( to me it is) . Then I suppose you must A. LIKE training and b. have time to train all ´twice...
I remember Arnold trained all bparts three times a week ( so I have read). Did you the same ? ( after that buddying I mean)
From my experience ( as it seems to be case in your training as well) some cycling between heavy and light weights must be done to prevent injuries and to not burn out . shees gonna try that up- down the rack thing. have to use barbell ( db´s only from 0-20 kg) though. Thanks for the tip.
