Rogue, you are right on!! Your body needs a break or a mix up every so often... when i see a plateau coming on (which of course involves several variables) i always mix things up.. NO carb up in 2 weeks is not a good thing!!! You need to refeed your muscles!! Your body will start turning on itself!!! Plus last thing you want is a rebound which will come from too much sugar suppression! So i highly suggest you take 1-2 days off and carb up to shock the system and keep the metabolism moving!!
we all get stale and used to things... so shock your body...
also keep in mind that the body takes about 14 days to make a change!!! Once change starts after those 2 weeks, you will be on a roll... but remember you always have to tweek things and shock the system!!!
