thanks for the support..I know it can seem frustrating when girls go on about their weight.
diet varies from day to day..heres an example:
1. 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon o.oil or soy butter
2. post workout (usually) tuna in brine, fetta cheese, tablespoon fax oil, green vegies.
3. same as above.
4. 2 tablespoons soy cream cheese , 1 tablespoon flaxoil
5. 1 chicken thigh, mixed vegies, tablespoon olive oil
