165cm, 51kg, bf probably around 20%- maybe more?,
exercise:
day1: upperbody hi reps, quick circuit - 30-40min
2: boxing, walking 30mins or rest day
3:legs: squats, ham. kickbacks, swiss ball spine roll (hamstrings), single leg push all about 20 reps or until failure
4: upper body
5: walking 30mins
6: legs
7: rest
i have only recently started this program as i cant do running/hi intensity due to an ankle injury. I alternate between legs 2xp/w and upper 2xpw.
prior to this i was doing heavy split routine with 1-2 body parts a day and 12 reps max.
any help would be great.
