I think this might be a bigger problem then we think. I think a good way to go about this would be to at least change your diet into:
5 days: 33%protein/33%carbs/34%fat and 1 day refeed. During the refeed go for 60%carbs/30%protein/10%fat wx12, try to stick w/ low-gi carbs. I don't think the CKD is doing it for you, you might want to try going for the Isocaloric diet I pointed out above, just my take on it.
