I agree with Mr. X - it sounds like you need a change in your macronutrient breakdowns to get fat loss moving again. You might also want to look at Mr. X's cyclical bulking diet, and apply that methodology to cutting. I like to keep my body guessing by fluctuating my kcals and macronutrients, and a cyclical carb diet accomplishes that nicely.
Luckily, you still have plenty of avenues to explore, so just don't give up!
