Again Rogue.. our mindset is similar.. a carb rotation diet works wonders for me too, however CKD and carb rotation are pretty much the same thing.. Cyclical ketogenic diet has carb rotations; usually 5 down with 1-2 up... Lyle McDonald was the father of this concept and dieting style..
When i carb rotate i usually do it every 3rd day (wed and sat) It keeps my muscles full and my strength up! I don't hit "ketosis" they way some hardcore peeps do, but my weight moves and body is happy! So it really is finding what truly works for you!
