Im hesitant to start w so many carbs as my body is not use to it at all. for a few weeks i tried carbs post w/out and started to gain weight - so stopped that.
i have tried a diet where you eat 3meals carb/pro last 3 meals pro/fat.
that worked quite well.. but its impossible to eat out or be in social eating situations.
another diet that is good is the "donna aston" diet - 50%pro, 25% fat, 25% carbs. carbs include; oats, yoghurt, fruit, pumpkin and carrots. its healthy, and there are no refeeds. donna aston is a body builder and has won several comps..so I guess she knows what shes talking about.
I may just try that, as the carb content is still low.
