Donna Aston is another NABBA Figure competitor (ex-competitor). Just remember, what works for her won't necessarily work for everyone. It doesn't hurt to try her diet - 50/20/20 isn't a bad macronutrient breakdown. It seems odd she'd be so restrictive on carb selection though. I personally primarily use oats for my complex carb source, but that's just a personal preference, not a "magic" carb source that will make it easier for me to lose fat.
