When I'm cutting, I don't use marinades because it is too hard to figure out kcal content. I use seasonings and tabasco sauce, but I completely drop any form of marinade.
Offseason, as long as the marinade is low kcal, I don't worry about it. And if it's a cheat meal, bring on the high kcal stuff!
