2ius ED (7 on) is an appropriate dosage, however you may want to start at 1iu and gradually work your way up after the first few weeks.
The first month is an "adjusting" month.. your joints will ACHE, your menstruation gets weird, you are tired, may get carpel, etc.. hence the adjusting month..
by the end of the 2nd month into the 3rd month you will start to see some fat loss. By the 5th month, you will see a nice transformation.
IMO 3 months is NOT enough for fat loss, only because the first month is like nothing but getting your body ready and adjusted for change...
NOW add in some anavar and you will speed up the process a bit as well as tighten muscles a whole lot more. ALso your recovery and strength will be off the hook! My favorite stack to date!!!
