I have a few questions:
What mechanisms are/are not triggered by a reduced fat intake (fat starvation)?
I've read some of the benefits of fat; for example the uncoupling effect of olive oil on protein.
I've heard others claim that all the you are better off just consuming 15+grams of CLA per day.
What do you think Mr. X?
An unrelated question -- how important do you think T3 is to a CKD? Would you personally run a CKD without T3?
