What do you think about the concepts of eating proteins that assimilate at different rates in each meal, and not eating protein with a meal comprised of a large amount of complex carbs?
I agree, it is a lot of fruit; I attempted just 2 fruits a meal, and my system pretty much said that wasn't going to work. I've been rotating meals - pro/fat, pro/carb, using some fruit and some veggies as my carb sources except post workout. Post workout I drink 25 grams of pro, wait 30 min or so and have a meal with complex carbs only.
I have to admit, it's nice to be eating fruit again; I had only been eating 1 apple a day; eating a banana and a few raisins/dried apricots in addition to the apple has been a nice change.
