what do you think about the concepts of eating proteins that assimilate at different rates in each meal, and not eating protein with a meal comprised of a large amount of complex carbs?
I don't see how that's an innovation by our friend here. Eating large complex carb meals is not good in the first place - carbs are carbs iMO. However, quality proteins and digestion rate are another thing - hard to figure out and prove. I would suggest a blen of fast acting and slow acting proteins in most meal throughout the day - contrary to the theory
