Dunno . These days IŽll do just about anything that comes to mind + usually have to do it quick after back. Anything w cables , barbell , incline curls .... + one mainstay Zottman curl! I just love that move, does wonders to forearms too. Scott IŽve disliked always. Might be a good move , but it feels sorta awkward to do..... so to me at this point is to do whatever just to get the job done.
btw when doing incline curls do you supinate arms during the movement or go arms "straight"?
