Well.....you're probably going to think that I am retarted for this, but for the last week I have been doing little things around the house such as
-when I'm watching tv or not doing anything, I lay on my stomach on the floor and lift one leg up at a time alternating until my muscles hurt so bad I can't do it anymore
or
-standing at the kitchen counter for a few seconds a couple times a day and lifting my leg behind me until It really really burns.
I know these sound stupid, but believe it or not, I have noticed a huge difference just by doing that added to my normal routine.
But, I use to use the stairclimber and it worked just as good.
