
Shoulder day was today, started out with two plates a side, did 10 reps, upped it to 3 plates, did 2 x10, then for the hell of it I slapped on 3.5 a side and did 6 reps. Burned like a ***** but it felt great. My goal is 4 plates a side (405 with the bar) by the beginning of june. Is that good considering I weigh 170? They are full shrugs, Im strapped in and I have good form, nothing is shady, theyre legit.
