Newb question: IGF/insulin
Is there a difference when people say insulin and IGF? I think so because IGF is so expensive and diabetics cant possibly be paying that much.
I also see insulin typically being talked about in measurements of IU's and IGF in terms of mcg.
Someone want to give me the basic run down?
