You surely do enough upper chest work? Inclines after inclines w db´s and barbell ....I´d say one could do even half more his upper chest than the lower part( straight benches , flies etc). I remember former pro from 90´s Paul Dillett saying he olny did one move for the lower part and all the rest for upper chest.... google him and see his pec. Mighty good to me it seems
