3 weeks on Spook's High-Volume Routine
Here are my results after 3 weeks on a high-volume routine for cutting fat, which was provided to me by Spook. It's a 3-days on and 1-day off routine. I'm doing cardio on the day off, which isn't what Spook recommended, but I'm accustomed to doing a LOT more cardio and wanted to maintain my low resting pulse rate.

Thighs 20 - Same
Calves 12 to 12.5
Needless to say, I lost the fat from my female fat zone only! Woo-hoo! I've been following my own diet--not Spook's--which began at 1500 calories and is now 1800. BUT following a 5-day vacation which starts tomorrow, I'm going to switch to Spook's diet and begin supplementing with creatine.
My upper body definition is really turning heads. I look a lot more muscular than my measely 11 inch arms would suggest. Abs are starting to SHOW, despite my age. Leg definition is greatly improved but still not what I want...but hey I added a little to my calves which really improves the proportions.
