bjj or muay thai hands down. if not that then try to do some greco roman wrestling or judo.my friend started jiu jitsu less than 2 years ago and has already tapped black belts in the world championships. if you look at most of the mixed martial arts fighters these days almost all of them have some form of jiu jitsu in their backround. it's a great way to make up for a size disadvantage with an opponent, not to mention a good way to get your cardio health up.
