Put it this way my friend who is a trainer, every time he see's me he wants to break my arm over again (lol) to make it straighten out and to put some size on it. I have gotten use to not raising the bar totally with my left arm, but keeping it even with my right arm since the right one doesn't completely straighten out. I think I have tried every exercise know for the tricep seems like it (lol), but I have notice one that I made up that's actually working. I call it (Waste Line Wrist Cable Kickback). With this exercise I would place an adjustable cable waste line and perform kickbacks, but only with my wrist with my arm staying in a slightly angle lock position. Actually if you try it now you can feel what tricep area it works. NOTE: "No cable attachments is place on the cable. Only using the ball like piece to perform this exercise". Maybe this exercise was performed before, but I never seen it done before who knows.
