I d/l heavy everyother week.. If I d/l heavy, my squats suffer the next day..
I am certain I am doing it well .. (Tony Kamand happened to be at my gym one time and I asked him if it looked good) ...
Just have one question .. Every time I do it, I get a tension in my neck, upper part of my neck into my lower back of my head.. It just feels tight, for the next day also.. I don't know if I am doing something wrong or what.. ANY IDEAS?
