No slam to ya bro....but you're 21, and of course squats and deads are the best...until you get a little older and your knees start to wear and back starts acting up, then it's time to start finding other ways.....Also, squatting 530 ass to ground is great when you're 21, but #1 bodybuilders don't need to go ass to ground..just need to break paralell....#2 we don't get rewarded for strength either...we get the prize for looks and size. #3 "strengthening muscle fibers what?" Training for stregth and training for size is two completely different games. At one point I squatted 600 ass to ground with no belt and no wraps....as I get more serious about bodybuilding I realize that is unrealistic training for me. Like I said...I'm not trying to slam you....just want you to better understand the game we're in, hope you understand young one..LOL/jk Take care.
