been squating since you were say 5 .haa..not to bust on ya bro but every angle even the tru-squat machine that no one can find these days..torn mcl, 2 acl's..knees been drained 4 times on the left and 5 on the right..cant count the mri's or scopes thats been done..ive got over 11 years on ya in age.no excuse and ive always used deca for joint **** only..osteo bi-flex and other gluco is kinda bunk when it comes to strains and internal damage..all my injuries have come from ball or or cycle accidents..knees are just done..you have to know when to stop..i do..didnt with the trenbolone but my caps its time..if your going ass to the floor one slip and your knee goes..unless your an olympic lifter there is no reason to go below parallel where the top of the quads meet even with the floor..regardless of what youve heard or what strength coaches has said..now if you want strength then do what ya gotta..building muscle by going so deep isnt going to incoorperate more muscle fibers..see me in 10 years bro squattin like that..not only will your back be gone but as well your tendons..but like i tell most..atleast your squatin..this just allows me to ghet back to my best movement witch is the dead and sl..with l pressing no lower back fatigue and thus means lower back is ready or work..
