My Training Log
Mr X Asked me to post my Training log here over at Elite (I go by as Babyfaced Assassin there )
Wel i'm a bit injured at the moment as well as resting from my last fight so I can't post what i'm doing now
I'll post what i usually do and then when i start training properly again, i'll post how im training
Ok here goes
Usually in the mornings i start of with cardio mostly HIIT
2 x 400m as fast as I can
8 x 100m Sprints
I then get back and shaddow box
I work one body part with weights. Right now i just work the 12-10-8 3 set principle with enough weights to keep me struggling at the later reps... i can't really life loads
I then stretch off
In the evenings i do kickboxing and thaiboxing training
this consists of
Skipping
Plyometrics
Padwork
Bagwork and or sparring
I usually work thi above 5-6 days a week depending on how i feel and if i have fights coming up but what i am thinking of is either cutting down my evening training sessions to 4 times a week and adding two full weight training sessions or cutting out some of the morning cardio and concentrating on weight training?
What do you guys advise?
as far as diet goes, Mr X has sorted me out on that and i'll put that into action when im done
Mr X u wanted me to post pics? What pics do u want of me? hehe
