--> Seriously though anything I can do to improve my workout is always welcome. Yeah this dude pushes about 585 for reps. He's a powerlifter and a very big dude. Me on the other hand I'm just a little girl. No excuses but I plan on not being in pain all the time later in life or getting an unnecessary injury.
