I was training at night...mostly...but due to work issues was missing too many workouts when work ran too late...
lately I've been training in the afternoon...I like this....but I'm working on moving it more to "my morning" which is around 11/12pm gym is fairly empty...
only problem is there's a new bunch now who stand there staring at me like they've never seen a woman train and sweat before wtf is up w/ that shit?
