Currently
I'm back to high protien low car diet....I basically do not add any carbs....
so I eat mostly eggs, cheese, fish, beef, chicken
along w/ green veggies
and EAS protien drinks between meals (since I can't get enough meals in)
strange how peopel complain about being tired, lethargic etc w/ no carbs...
I have no problem w/ it....actually I feel better....so I tend to think that I'm carb sensitive.....
whatever carbs is in my food, is what I get.....
