box squats
Who here does them?How do you feel they carry over for other lifts?
I will be doing them from now on,hopefully to help my deadlift(hips)and my stone loading(again hips)
One of my weaknesses seems to be hips and hamstrings.Aside from sldl what do you suggest for hamstring strength.Oh yeah and also aside from hamstring curls.I personally dont feel curls do much for strength on your hamstrings.Now dont bash me cause I said that it's my opinion!
