I would not do humr it takes to long i like humalog. I only do it post workout and take it with my post drink workout (whey+dextrose) and 1 to 1.5 hours i eat chicken and white rice. I try to eat as liitle fat and high glycimic carbs. I take like around 80gms of carbs for both post drink and meal...
Also for a better results throw in aminos and creatin.
