I need some guidance bad.
Hey guys I'm relatively knew to working out seriously. I mean I'm 23. I used to play basketball, I had periods of lifting but never had a disciplined regime to follow.
Here are my stats right now:
6'6 245 pounds too high body fat
I have a gut but my limbs are thin, no real definition.
I can bench 225 a few times but other than that I have real weak lifts.
Just recently I entered an office pool with about 10 other people to see who could lose the most weight or body fat % by Dec. 15th.
I am determined to win cause the prize is 500 dollars.
I started with the TKD diet, 50/50 calorie split between fat and protein with a little success. Now I want to do the CKD
If I follow your article MR. X will I lose 20 pounds of fat by the new year you think?
I want to reach a point where i have a flat stomach and I look good before I go to a bulk phase.
You think CKD is my best bet? I dont want to lose what little muscle I have.
