i can say from first hand experience that several female pros in fitness and figure are absolutely doing gh... but most combine it with var and clen.. gh has really found its way mainstream in the bbing community.. esp in fitness, the effects are profound as far as recovery from routines and fatigue...
one draw back IMO, is the blockiness in the waist due to BOTH gh use as well as heavy gymnastics.. which can been seen in fitness competitors.. you will see the difference if you put a figure girl next to a fitness girl.. fitness have blocker waists, but again mostly do to gymnastics, but gh will play a part in it as well, making a blockier waist...
the key is finding the best dosage for your body.. personally i would not reccommend a female exceed 3ius a day.. me i like to stay at 2 or under.. and length of the run is just as important..
