I've been doing a TKD diet where I eat 50/50 carbs/fat calories

Only about 2000 calories a day.

Also, a little carbs before lifting.

You think I'll do better on CKD even though it's more calories?

Should I do a carb up on Sunday then start CKD? I need to lose at least 10 pounds or so in a month.
