US jurisdiction?
How does a US law enforcement agency "bust" a chinese powder source? I just can't see the communist chinese gov. allowing a US agency entrance into China for the purposes of enforcing a foreign law. Clear this up for me >
I can see customs flagging them. But I don't see Chinese law enforcement cooperating on a bust of a substance which is legal in they're own country.
