Hair question....
I use to have very thick hair with a quick growth rate.....but now it seems to be thinning and not on top/scalp.... just around the bottom it seems thinner. It doesnt feel as thick anymore and the growth has slowed tremendously. What promotes good hair and growth besides eating right or supplements, vitamins, etc????? Also, could this be attributed to thermogenic use? just curious.
