done rear delts first for YRS . It´s a mainstay , since rear is the weaker part for me. Lately I´ve been able to get such(delt) workouts I feel them even next day.
Since I´ve had troubles w shoulders injurywise ( been training over two decades) I do the pressing stuff last. delts are surely warmed up by that time....
