Appreciate your response SYL...I started the diet on 3/5 and at this point I have already dropped an inch off my waist and my bodyweight has not significantly altered (-1.5lbs). I thought I would feel like crap but it's just the opposite. I feel great and yes, there are no pwo carbs on this thing- you don't need them. I knew the diet was working fine for me when I began to feel a bit warm all day long. I check for ketosis about every 2nd day or so and I have been in a mild state since 3/7...
Diet consists mainly of eggs-whole eggs not just the whites, cans and cans of tuna, slow roasted sirloin marinated with the fat left on (good stuff) smoked sausage, and ground beef patties with melted cheese. You MUST eat green veggies...salad, green beans, broccoli, etc. Your body needs the fiber and I learned that the hard way. Took a massive brick drop earlier today and I felt like I dropped my insides in the toilet with it. All I know is that I can never be *** dude!!!!:argh I will definitely be getting some psyllium asap.
I plan to stay on this diet for at least four months. When my bf gets down to under 10% I'll begin taking the aas to accentuate the fatloss/muscularity.
Again, thanks for the info and I will post my stats on this thing weekly beginning 3/12 since that will be exactly a week out.
