Hey people i am just coming off a natural cutting cycle with a low carb diet.. I am looking to jump on some of my test prop and go for lean muscle cycle for 8 weeks 100mg eod .
_Question is can i jump back on higher carbs now to get the energy and strength_ levels back , while doing cardio 3 - 4 times a week to keep the excess fat off... I am not looking to cut up just get back my frame and size i lost cutting up on low carbs.
